How we work

We provide evidence-informed psychiatric assessments for patients who have, or may have, ADHD. Our primary service includes the provision of timely 291¹ management plans (Telehealth item 92435), supporting you in developing and coordinating ongoing care.

As part of the assessment, your patient receives a detailed clinical evaluation and recommendations to assist with their continuing management. We will keep you informed of all relevant clinical information following the consultation.

Assessment Reporting

Following your patient’s consultation, a 291 report is provided on the same day. This includes a full diagnostic assessment and a management plan to support coordinated care.

A supplementary assessment may be requested within 12 months of the initial consultation (293³ management plan review; Telehealth item 92436). Medicare permits an annual 291 assessment. The recommended frequency of review may vary depending on clinical needs and local requirements.
