  • Your General Practitioner is able to contact Dr O’Regan directly if she/he wishes to discuss your care. 
  • I acknowledge that a valid referral is needed to qualify for the Medicare Rebate
  • I accept responsibility for ensuring that my GP referral is up-to-date at the time of consultation. (Usually, GP referrals are valid for 12 months unless endorsed as ‘indefinite’ by the referring GP).
